Refund Policy

Paid marketplace-map purchases on Acenxia are final. Acenxia does not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits on paid maps once the purchase has been processed.

This policy applies regardless of whether you have started the map, completed any steps, or adopted the map into a slot.

Paid maps are delivered immediately on purchase by cloning the creator's template into your mission slot. The cloned content cannot be returned in any meaningful sense once delivered, and Acenxia does not gate access behind delayed entitlement steps that would make a refund window practical.

The previews available on each map's detail page (phase titles, phase descriptions, step counts, creator profile, difficulty, duration, and reviews) are designed to give buyers enough information to decide before purchase.

This policy covers one-time paid-map purchases only. Acenxia subscription billing (the recurring or one-time access plans on the pricing page) is governed by the refund language in the Terms of Service, not by this policy.

If you believe a charge was unauthorised, fraudulent, or made in error, contact us at dev.acenxia@gmail.com so we can investigate. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected by this policy.

Creators are paid via Stripe Connect Standard from their own connected Stripe account. Creator obligations regarding refunds and chargebacks are described in the Creator Terms.
