Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Acenxia, including the web application, mission planning tools, advisor chat, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must promptly notify Acenxia of unauthorized account access or suspected security incidents.

Acenxia may update, modify, or improve features over time, including AI systems, limits, and pricing mechanics. We may also suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically at the plan cadence unless canceled before renewal. One-time plans are billed once for the stated access period.

Current commercial offers include a recurring monthly plan and a one-time 3-month access plan. Feature limits and token quotas may apply by plan and can be updated with notice in-product or on the pricing page.

You authorize Acenxia and Stripe to charge applicable fees, taxes, and adjustments. Refund policy, if offered, follows what is shown at checkout or in your billing portal.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, in-product, or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once billed.

You can manage billing details and cancellations through your billing page/portal. Subscription cancellation applies to future renewal periods and does not retroactively reverse already-processed charges, except where required by law.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary access restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, exploit vulnerabilities, send abusive or illegal content, or interfere with platform stability.

AI-generated content is provided for operational support and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating output before acting on it.

Acenxia does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulated professional advice.

Acenxia and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and underlying systems.

You retain rights in content you submit, and grant Acenxia a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the Service and provide support.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Acenxia may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

On termination, access may be revoked immediately, subject to applicable legal obligations.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acenxia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to Acenxia during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by Laws of Germany, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought beforeCourts of Dusseldorf, Germany, subject to any non-waivable legal rights in your place of residence or mandatory consumer forum rights.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
